Nice hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, and great amenities like 24-hour reception and laundry service. I'll never forget how they helped me with a phone charger. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The hotel was located in the middle of the city. The place was really close to House of Medusa, where you can have dinner. Got tastefully decorated, brand-new room with Balcony overlooking the Hagia Sophia garden, a view of Aya Sophia, for instance.

Staff is outstandingly accommodating and you can park your car nearby. The hotel offers new-fashioned and spotless rooms with Bulgari cosmetics and balcony, as example, I am very pleased about that. All in all they offer attentive service.

The location could not have been better--right next to the Hagia Sophia. A block or two from the palace and all its museums and very near the blue mosque. Also it was close to several good eating places. The free shuttle from the airport was very good and solved the problem of accessing the hotel. [It is hard to get to this location.] Hotel staff mainly attentive and helpful. [Beds changed every day, ac worked well, two keys were provided when we asked for them for example.]
It is a very old building and the steps are uneven everywhere. Higher, shorter, often rough. Outside the access to the hotel is extremely bad. It is on a stiff slope with rough cobblestones and loose rock and dirt. You must either go uphill or down hill to the street. Nothing is level anywhere in the place. Also the bathroom is very small. But because of the location you can put up with a lot!!!!

Magnificent location. Elegant service. Very tasty breakfasts.
Slow Internet. Not suitable for those who sleep very sensitively.

We like location best. This is a very good hotel for those who come to Istanbul to see the city tourist attractions (near Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, near Bazar, etc.).The rooms are clean - a suggestrion: do not stay in triple room. Ask for a double and a single room instead! Waiters and the ladies who clean the rooms are more helpfull than the staf at the reception (with one or two exceptions).Recomand.
Location, nice rooms.

Perfect Spot in Istanbul
The staff's friendly-Mr. Sedat and Mr Sinan were super helpful. The location is perfect for hitting all the big sights, just a short stroll away. The breakfast was okay, just a bit basic for my taste, but overall, it was a chill stay.

Great location if you are tourist(s) - in the very center of Old Town. Clean. Good value for money.
If you are traveling by car, reaching the hotel is a nightmare and subject to a "old town car fee" (15 TRL). May be a little noisy as tram passes in front of the hotel.

The room are really badly isolated. I had the feeling the tram was going through my room all night long. Also I could hear the TV from the room next door.
